Delete your ORACUL account

This page permanently deletes an ORACUL account and the personal data attached to it. You do not need the ORACUL app installed to use it. Enter the email address of your account and we will send you a one-time confirmation link; nothing is deleted until you open that link and confirm.

What is deleted

your account: name, email address, password hash, gender, avatar and current city;
your birth profiles: date, time and place of birth and everything derived from them;
saved people: compatibility targets, family, friends, colleagues and the family tree;
your dream journal, dream statistics and saved interpretations;
palmistry and portrait readings together with the photographs you uploaded;
your career profile, notification devices, notification settings and personal forecast caches;
the security log of sign-ins and app activity tied to your account.

What is kept, no longer linked to you

aggregated AI usage and cost records, with the account reference, IP address and country removed — they can no longer identify you;
abuse-prevention blocks, which act on an email address or IP address rather than on an account.

Deleting your ORACUL account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage and cancel your subscription through your store account.

The confirmation link expires in 60 minutes.
